Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
  • Florida or Alabama PE license, or ability to obtain one.
  • 6+ years of civil engineering experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong stormwater, drainage, hydrology and hydraulics background.
  • AutoCAD Civil 3D familiarity a plus.

Panama City, FL | $100,000–$110,000 annually + Benefits


Our confidential client is a well-established, multidisciplinary civil engineering and surveying firm serving public and private clients across the Southeast. They are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead municipal, county, state, and federal infrastructure projects while remaining technically engaged.


What You'll Do


  • Lead civil infrastructure projects from planning through delivery

  • Manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships

  • Provide hands-on technical engineering support

  • Lead stormwater, drainage, hydrology, and hydraulics work

  • Collaborate with civil, water resources, transportation, survey, and grant administration teams


What You Bring


  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

  • Florida or Alabama PE, or ability to obtain

  • 6+years of civil engineering experience

  • Project management experience

  • Strong stormwater, drainage, hydrology, and hydraulics background

  • AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydraulic modeling experience a plus
