Job summary

JT Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Civil Site Engineer Project Manager to lead projects across Wisconsin (Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, Eau Claire). The role focuses on project leadership, budget management, client communication, and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 7+ years of relevant experience with multiple years leading projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation to worksites and meetings.
• Legally authorized to work permanently in the country where this position is located.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for development and project work.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead a project team to ensure quality work

• To occasionally travel out-of-town and overnight for professional development and/or project-related work
