• Proven track record managing projects, budgets, and client relationships.
• Strong background in municipal infrastructure, stormwater, drainage, hydrology, and hydraulics.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D and ICPR or similar hydraulic modeling software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple civil engineering projects from concept through completion.
• Manage schedules, budgets, staffing, and client relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and regulatory agencies.
• Provide oversight on hydrology, hydraulics, and stormwater design across drainage, water, wastewater, and transportation projects.
• Review plans, specifications, calculations, reports, and permit applications.

What You Will Do
