Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) License in SD.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects and client relationships.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the civil engineering consulting industry.

Responsibilities

Lead civil engineering design and project management for municipal infrastructure including water and wastewater systems, drainage, utilities, roadway design, site development, conveyance, storage, and pump stations.
Support the Client Team Lead with business development activities and help strengthen client relationships.
Interact directly with clients to ensure successful project delivery.
Mentor and develop team members in both technical skills and professional growth.
Assist with proposals, presentations, and participation in professional organizations and tradeshows.
Deliver projects within defined budget, schedule, and contractual commitments.
