Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the relevant state.
Strong leadership and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate project teams to deliver high-quality work within scope, schedule, and budget.
Manage project execution including scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and resources.
Provide technical leadership and quality oversight for designs, calculations, and reports.
Coordinate multidisciplinary team members, clients, agencies, and stakeholders.
Build trusted client relationships through responsive communication and sound judgment.
Support business development, proposals, and client development efforts.
Mentor engineers, designers, and analysts through day-to-day direction.
