Langan is seeking a Practice Leader in Civil Engineering for the Inland Empire, CA. The role leads design, permitting, and client development for a range of land development projects, partnering with top leadership to drive growth and project delivery.

The position requires a PE license, 15+ years of local site/civil experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE license and strong site/civil experience in land development are required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or Civil 3D is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client development and management abilities.
