Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineering license required or immediately eligible.
• 15+ years of local site/civil engineering experience in land development.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and grow the Columbus, OH practice area.
• Develop growth plans with regional leadership and manage staff utilization.
• Demonstrate expertise in land development, geotechnical and environmental integration.
• Lead site/civil design from concept through completion, including grading, drainage, and infrastructure.
• Design and oversee layouts for residential, institutional, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
