This posting is for Summer 2027 New Graduate opportunities. IMEG is hiring a Civil Engineering New Graduate in Manassas, VA to support engineering analysis, design, field inspections, report writing, permit applications, and site drainage and grading design. This entry-level role offers hands‑on design, analysis, and project execution experience, with mentorship, training, and opportunities to grow your expertise from day one. You will work closely with experienced engineers and consultants, contribute to projects that must meet budget and client expectations, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver project goals. The team you would join serves transportation and municipal markets while delivering resilient, environmentally responsible infrastructure.

Broad civil practice with a strong Northern Virginia concentration Data center, industrial, and logistics site development including Digital Realty and Dulles Logistics Center School civil work, entitlement support, and stormwater management across PWCS and area districts Survey, ALTA, and SUE capabilities supporting commercial and federal clients Recent work includes Digital Realty VA5, Data Center; Dulles Logistics Center, Industrial; and PWCS Brentsville HS Addition, Education.

State of Virginia Pay Range: $74,000-$79,000. The range listed above represents the base pay IMEG reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position in the work location identified above at the time of posting. For positions available in multiple locations, the minimums and maximums may vary based on work location. Individual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, abilities, and licensure and certifications. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and stock ownership options.
