Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in civil site development or similar
• PE license required or obtained within a reasonable timeline
• Strong leadership and communication with clients and teams
• Experience coordinating multi-discipline design efforts and approvals

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Raleigh/Cary land development projects from concept to delivery
