The role blends technical leadership with client engagement, ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliant permitting across programs in energy infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required, Master’s degree preferred.
• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (multi-state reciprocity preferred).
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, permitting, and construction practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering efforts for electric transmission siting, permitting, and design.
• Direct and coordinate project tasks, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget alignment.
• Guide multidisciplinary collaboration across engineering teams.
• Oversee preparation and review of calculations, drawings, and technical deliverables.
• Conduct field assessments, site inspections, and construction-phase support.
• Participate in proposal development, including scope and budget creation.
• Ensure quality through peer reviews, QA/QC processes, and technical oversight.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory stakeholders.
