Job summary

Planitec BTP is seeking a Civil Engineering Lab Coordinator in Corpus Christi, Texas. This position encompasses management and coordination of civil engineering laboratories, ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols.

The candidate will assist students in laboratory equipment use and maintain an operational budget for the labs. A degree in STEM and experience in civil engineering labs are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in civil engineering testing labs or similar environments.
• Valid Driver’s License is maintained.
• Knowledge of safety rules related to laboratory equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the CEEN laboratories.
• Assist in installation and operation of laboratory equipment.
• Maintain operational budget for CEEN laboratories.

Skills

Basic skills with computers including Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to maintain laboratory equipment

Bachelor’s degree in applicable STEM field
