Job summary

Chemours seeks a Construction Engineer/Construction Manager to lead capital projects at our Corpus Christi, TX site. You will plan, contract, and oversee construction, ensure safety, and manage budgets and schedules across multiple projects.

BS degree in engineering with 7+ years of PM experience in industrial settings is expected; Lean methods and Phase-Gate processes are preferred. We offer competitive pay and strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS degree or higher in an engineering discipline.
• 7+ years of engineering project management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in an industrial setting; chemicals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set contracting strategy including the selection of contractors, safety expectations, and development of integrated project schedules.
• Lead the planning and coordination of the construction/installation of all phases of the construction.
• Manage field materials and construction budgets for each project and oversee job sites.
