WSP USA invites motivated students to join the Summer Internship Program as a Civil Engineering Intern in our San Diego office. This full-time, 12-week internship provides hands-on experience on real projects under senior staff mentorship.
Applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate Civil Engineering program with an anticipated graduation date after May 2028 and be eligible to work in the United States. The program runs May 17, 2027, with some flexibility on start date.

Our Federal Programs Team is seeking a Full-Time Civil Engineering Intern to work out of our San Diego office. This temporary position is seeking individuals currently enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate degree program.
This internship will be part of the WSP Summer Internship Program. As a summer intern, you have the opportunity to participate in our 12-week program scheduled to start on May 17th, 2027. The individual start date of the internship may be flexible.
