Job summary

CPL, a nationally recognized Architecture & Engineering firm, invites you to join its Civil Engineering Intern Spring Co-op in Fairport, NY. This internship offers hands-on experience on water distribution, sanitary sewer, wastewater treatment, and site development projects under the guidance of seasoned professionals.

We are targeting January start with a May–August option; you will collaborate, prepare drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D, perform design calculations, and assist with construction

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team in planning and design of civil projects.
• Prepare and revise drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Assist with design calculations by hand and with HydroCAD/WaterCAD.
• Support projects in infrastructure, wastewater, or transportation.
• Prepare technical reports and applications.
• Assist with construction administration and RFIs.
• Site visits to review conditions and progress.
