Bohler's Charlotte, NC office is seeking a motivated Civil Engineering Intern (Land Development) for Fall 2026 to learn real site design through hands-on projects. • Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Civil, Environmental, Biosystems Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter attitude with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D (training provided if not proficient).
• Curiosity and motivation to learn within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Interest in civil site design, land development, and problem-solving.
