Job summary

ATCS is seeking Civil Engineering Interns for our 2027 Summer Internship Program. These internships will be full-time, hybrid roles for on-site teams, with opportunities to work across multiple project disciplines.

As an intern, you will assist engineers, prepare design documents using CAD software, collect and analyze data, and collaborate with staff while gaining mentorship from experienced engineers. Apply to match your preferred technical team and office location.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
• Previous internship experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Exposure to AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Microstation is a PLUS.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers and engineering staff in various project support roles.
• Using computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents.
• Assist in collecting, preparing, and analyzing data.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• General administrative support is required to drive projects forward.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.
