Cannon Corp. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern to support a range of projects under the guidance of a Project Manager or Design Engineer. The role involves field and office work, AutoCAD and Civil 3D tasks, and developing basic engineering calculations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3rd or 4th year student who can work through the summer.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Proactively offers support to team members.
• Previous internship experience in Civil Engineering is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide basic engineering calculations and analyses support.
• Assist in AutoCAD and Civil 3D design tasks.
• Support cost estimating and plan preparation.
• Organize documents and back-check work.
• Site visits to collect field data.
• Light admin word processing and design calculations.
