Bohler’s Tampa, FL office is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern to support our Construction Administration team, gaining firsthand exposure to the construction phase of land development projects and collaboration between design teams and contractors.

You’ll assist with RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, site visits, and project documentation, while developing organizational and communication skills essential for moving projects from design into construction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Initiative and the ability to coordinate effectively with other members of the project team.

  • Support pre-construction activities, punch lists, and permit coordination.
  • Help maintain project logs, trackers, and other project documentation.

About the Role

Bohler’s Tampa, FL office, supporting projects throughout the Tampa metropolitan area, is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern to support our Construction Administration team. You’ll gain firsthand exposure to the construction phase of land development projects and how design teams and contractors work together in the field.

What You’ll Do
