Job summary

Hoyle Tanner & Associates, Inc. is seeking a motivated intern to join its Aviation Services Division for a paid internship, with placement possible in any of our New England offices. Start date is anticipated to be May 2027; earlier dates may be available.

The internship involves assisting engineers with CADD, project quantity estimates, field data collection, inspections, shop drawing review, and schedule updates, plus hydrology analysis and regulatory research. EIT is preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BSCE program or pursuing a Construction Management degree.
• EIT is preferred, or ability to obtain.
• Experience using AutoCAD and Civil 3D is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with CADD and project quantity estimates.
• Conduct field data collection and project inspections.
• Review shop drawings and update project schedules.
• Assist with hydrology analysis, permitting research, and stormwater BMP analysis.

Responsibilities include assisting engineers with CADD, project quantity estimates, field data collection, project inspection, shop drawing review, project schedule updates, hydrology analysis, permitting regulation research, stormwater treatment best management practice analysis, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements
