Job summary

Hoyle Tanner is seeking a motivated Civil Engineering Intern to join the Aviation Services Division. This paid internship can be based out of any New England office, with a May 2027 start date. Responsibilities include assisting engineers with CADD, data collection, field work, and project updates.

The candidate should be enrolled in a BSCE or Construction Management program. EIT is preferred, or the ability to obtain it, and experience with AutoCAD or Civil 3D is a plus.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in BSCE or Construction Management degree (preferred).
• EIT is preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with CADD, project quantity estimates, field data collection, project inspection, shop drawing review, project schedule updates, hydrology analysis, permitting regulation research, stormwater treatment BMP analysis.

We are seeking a motivated intern to join Hoyle Tanner's Internship Program in our Aviation Services Division. This internship can be based out of any of our New England offices. This is a paid internship opportunity. Start date is anticipated to be May of 2027. Earlier start dates are available on a limited basis.

Responsibilities include assisting engineers with CADD, project quantity estimates, field data collection, project inspection, shop drawing review, project schedule updates, hydrology analysis, permitting regulation research, stormwater treatment best management practice analysis, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• The preferred candidate will be currently enrolled in a BSCE program or pursuing a Construction Management degree
