You will drive technical quality, mentorship, and cross-discipline coordination to deliver complex solutions from concept through completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of civil/site engineering experience, preferably Indiana.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana, or ability to obtain licensure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Provide technical leadership across civil/site design phases.
