Jobot is seeking a Civil Engineering Team Leader in Iowa City to scale operations, manage a high-performing team, and deliver municipal infrastructure and private development projects.

You will recruit and mentor staff, oversee proposals, cultivate client relationships, and work with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives. A PE in Iowa or ability to obtain is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience with municipal infrastructure, land development, water resources, transportation, permitting, and construction projects.
• Strong client-facing, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to grow teams, manage projects, and develop business opportunities.
