Job summary

Jobot is hiring an Onsite - Civil Site Project Manager in the Indianapolis area. The role focuses on managing a range of civil engineering projects, from residential subdivisions to commercial sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• PE license required or be eligible for licensure.
• Minimum 4 years of civil site project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of hydrology, drainage, stormwater management, grading, and land surveying.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is essential.
• Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and implementation of civil projects within time and budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with other PMs, engineers, and technicians to meet requirements.
• Design stormwater, drainage, and grading plans.
• Perform land surveys and site plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to meet objectives.
• Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks.
