Job summary

RICK, based in Denver, CO, is seeking an Engineering Designer to join a multi-disciplinary team on landmark Colorado projects. You will move plans from concept to final, coordinate with engineers and designers, and contribute to a growing regional portfolio. Experience with CO standards is a plus.

Qualifications

• BSCE or five years of equivalent work experience in land development/public works.
• 2–10 years of experience in land development/public works.
• Ability to take plans from conceptual design to final.

Responsibilities

• Prepare maps and plans for subdivision and land development projects.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects.
• Ensure compliance with Colorado codes and procedures.

Qualifications

Qualified candidate will have two (2) to ten (10) years of experience in land development and/or public works, plus BSCE or the equivalent work experience of five (5) years.

Experience Must Include

• Ability to take plans from conceptual design to final
• Preparation and processing of maps & plans for subdivision & land development projects

Design Skills Should Include

• Road design
• Grading
• Utilities and drainage
• Earthwork evaluations.

AutoCAD/Civil 3D Or CAD Experience Required.

Knowled.ge of jurisdictional codes, standards & procedures in the State of Colorado is a plus

A good driving record is a must.
