Job summary

CORRE, INC. in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a civil engineering or civil technician co-op for on-site work in a growing firm. Relocation and housing are not provided, and authorization to work in the United States is required.

The role involves on-site inspections, performing calculations, CAD drafting, supporting engineers, and assisting with surveys across multiple projects. Overtime may be required; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with State Department of Transportation and local agency procedures for construction and design.
• Experience using MicroStation/AutoCAD software or similar.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of general survey practices and equipment.
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to provide own means of reliable transportation.

Description

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry at least 40lbs.
• Prolonged periods on construction sites in all-season weather conditions
• Excessive standing, walking, or climbing on uneven terrain
• Pushing, pulling, and lifting of equipment or materials
• Use of a keyboard

Working Conditions

• On construction sites, in field offices, and corporate office environments as needed
• Occasional travel required for meetings, training, and events
