• Remote work capability and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic civil engineering problems with complete reference answers.
• Write grading rubrics that distinguish professional judgment from textbook recall.
• Evaluate AI-generated calculations, designs and specifications and justify which is better and why.
• Review problems and answers across structural analysis, geotechnical, transportation, water resources and construction.
• Check answers against relevant standards and codes where applicable.
• Document errors in model reasoning and propose improvements to responses.
• Follow project guidelines, participate in calibration and review sessions, and incorporate feedback to maintain quality.
