Oneida ESC Group invites applications for a Civil Engineer in Milwaukee, WI, on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office). You will work on stormwater management, water distribution, and utility design projects with a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, client interaction, and professional growth under experienced mentors. Recent grads and early-career engineers are encouraged to apply, with EIT as a preferred credential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• EIT certification preferred or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire.
• 0–3 years of relevant engineering experience (internships/co-op considered).
• Familiarity with civil engineering design principles and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication with project teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, design, and analysis of civil engineering projects including stormwater, water distribution, wastewater, site development, and utility design.
• Assist with preparation of calculations, technical memoranda, and design reports.
• Contribute to development of plans, specs, and cost estimates for infrastructure projects.
• Perform data collection, field investigations, and site visits as needed.
• Support stormwater modeling, hydraulic analysis, and infrastructure planning under senior engineers.
• Coordinate with project team members and technical specialists on multidisciplinary projects.
