Job summary
A leading infrastructure services firm in Pennsylvania is seeking a Structural Design Engineer to join their Transportation group. The role involves designing bridges and performing quality assurance for various projects. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and 2-5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of PennDOT projects is essential. The position offers a competitive salary range between $72,053.98 and $82,347.40 as well as comprehensive benefits including health insurance and paid time off.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s Degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in structural engineering.
- Knowledge of PennDOT and PA Turnpike projects is required.
Responsibilities
- Perform design of new bridges and rehabilitation of existing bridges.
- Participate in Design Build Projects and Pursuits.
- Conduct quality control and quality assurance on transportation projects.

Experience with MicroStation
Bridge load ratings (LRFR and LFD)
