We prepare necessary plans, reports and documents to plan, entitle, design, construct, and certify land development projects.

Position Overview

M&S Civil Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Professional Surveyor, Field Surveyor, Civil Engineer, Civil Engineer EIT, Designer, or Draftsman in Land Development to join our team. The candidate will have experience in land development engineering or surveying and will provide technical expertise to support the planning and execution of land development projects. Responsibilities include managing tasks related to entitlement, design, and processing of land development projects.

Position Qualifications

• Experience in land development project engineering and drafting.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience in land surveying.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other related civil engineering software.
• Must be a United States citizen.

Engineer Position Responsibilities

• Develop plans, reports, and documents for land development projects.
