Job summary

A3 Staffing seeks a motivated Civil Engineer to join a fast-growing team in the Buffalo, NY area. This role supports planning, design, and development of civil engineering projects from concept through construction, focusing on educational, recreational, and large public infrastructure sites.

You will develop site plans, grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater systems, perform roadway and parking lot design, and coordinate with architects and stakeholders while preparing construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in site/civil design.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D and AutoCAD, or OpenRoads/MicroStation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop site plans, grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater management designs.
• Perform site layout, roadway alignment, and parking lot design.
• Coordinate with architects, landscape architects, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Assist with permit applications and code compliance.
• Conduct site visits and construction administration support as needed.
