Responsibilities

• Prepare site development plans for multi-family, single-family, and commercial projects
• Design grading, stormwater management, and utility plans using Civil 3D
• Develop erosion control plans in compliance with state and local regulations
• Coordinate with municipalities and regulatory agencies on permitting and approvals
• Review engineering drawings and calculations for accuracy and code compliance
• Collaborate with surveyors, contractors, and other project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Occasionally travel to project sites or a secondary office location as needed
