Job summary

A legacy consulting firm is looking for a dedicated Civil Engineer in Fort Wayne, IN. The ideal candidate will design and produce plans for a variety of civil engineering projects, manage client communications, and have strong experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in construction or civil engineering.
• Active PE License or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering calculations for civil engineering design projects.
• Manage projects including client communications and support.
• Prepare design calculations and plan preparation.
• Estimate construction costs and conduct site visits.
• Coordinate with government agencies to obtain design approvals.

Summary:
