raSmith in Wisconsin invites a Civil Engineer to join its Rotational Engineer Program. You will rotate through six divisions over one year, performing a range of engineering tasks to understand each division's methods and programs.

This role offers a hybrid work model with flexible schedules, generous PTO, and ongoing professional development opportunities. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MS Office is preferred, and U.S.-based work experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from a U.S. accredited college or university.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Microsoft Office is highly preferred.
• Applicable U.S. based work experience.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through six divisions over the course of 1 year.
