Career-Collective is seeking a Civil Engineer for our Miami, FL office to contribute to site development projects including roadways, drainage, and utilities. This role offers challenging projects and growth within a well-established engineering group.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a Professional Engineer registration, at least 5 years of relevant experience (preferably with local Miami-Dade projects), and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing aspects of roadways, storm drainage and utility systems projects. Local Miami Dade experience highly preferred.
• Professional Engineer registration.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience managing projects would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design of site development projects, including roadways, site grading, storm drainage, water main extensions and sanitary sewage collection and transmission systems.
• Preparation of local, state and federal permit applications.
• Dealing with regulatory agencies.
