Job summary

TGG Accounting is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead private-sector land and site-development projects in the Nashville area. The role combines technical engineering expertise with project leadership and client relationship management.

Responsibilities include managing 4–7 active projects, coordinating with municipalities and stakeholders, and mentoring a team of engineers. On-site work in Nashville with relocation considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 8+ years civil engineering experience (private-sector land/site development).
• Proven civil engineering project-management experience.
• Active PE license (TN license or reciprocity).
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee land and site-development projects from design through completion.
• Lead entitlement, site design, permitting, construction administration, and closeout.
• Manage multiple active projects (4–7) with 6–8 month avg duration.
• Coordinate with municipalities, consultants, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop engineers and design professionals.
• Maintain project documentation and monitor performance.
