AEC Resources is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager to lead design-build transportation projects from concept to construction, including highways, transit, and rail layouts. You will guide delivery and mentor team members within a collaborative studio.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in transportation project management, a Minnesota PE license, and strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in transportation project management, especially design-build.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Minnesota.
• Outstanding communication, organization, technical, and analytical abilities.
• Proven track record in effective team leadership and staff mentorship.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D, MicroStation/Geopak, or Open Roads Designer.
