Location: Milwaukee, WI

Bloom is seeking a highly motivated senior-level Civil Engineer to lead project management efforts. This role involves working with a growing civil engineering team on diverse projects, including civil site development, grading design, storm water management, sewer evaluation and rehabilitation, water distribution, and green infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead and execute design projects with a team of engineers.
2. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Assist in identifying and pursuing new project opportunities.
4. Develop business growth strategies with management.
5. Mentor less experienced team members.
6. Contribute to marketing and proposal development.
7. Develop and maintain client relationships.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
2. Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration in Wisconsin.
3. At least 10 years of civil infrastructure design experience.
4. Experience with public and private sector projects.
5. Knowledge of civil design principles, including site planning, stormwater management, hydraulic modeling, and municipal infrastructure.
6. Experience in engineering design, project management, and business development.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D.
9. Ability to travel as needed.
10. Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
