Civil Engineer - Project Manager Our growth offers an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to oversee land development projects from start to finish. This role requires a leader who can manage client relationships, direct project execution, and ensure high-quality deliverables within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of retail, commercial, and residential land development projects.
• Act as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and managing expectations.
• Oversee project teams, assign resources, and drive efficiency.
• Ensure projects meet all quality, schedule, and budgetary requirements.
• Present at public meetings and represent clients before agencies and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across multiple disciplines within BL Companies and with external partners.
• Mentor junior engineers and staff, fostering a strong learning environment.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• PE License required
• 10+ years of experience in land development engineering
• Proven leadership experience managing full-time staff
• Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations
• Experience with municipal agencies, regulatory bodies, and private sector clients
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Compensation

The position has a salary range of $90,000 to $140,000. Your offer would be based on your experience, skills, and fit for the role.
