Abonmarche, a multidisciplinary firm in Fort Wayne, IN, seeks a Project Manager to lead civil engineering projects from proposal to delivery. You will manage scope, schedule, budgets, and client communication, and collaborate with design teams and business development.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, Indiana PE license, 5+ years of project management experience, and strong written/verbal communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• PE licensed in Indiana preferred.
• 5+ years of civil engineering experience.
• PM experience on municipal/street projects preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare proposals, contracts, and subcontracts.
• Establish project deadlines and track progress; provide status reports.
• Lead kickoff, progress, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with Business Development to pursue opportunities.
• Define team roles, schedule, and budget; monitor budgets.
• Review plans and documents to meet client needs.

Abonmarche is seeking a Project Manager in our Fort Wayne, IN office.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepares proposals, contracts, and subcontracts
• Establishes project deadlines and tracks progress and follow up on all aspects of a project (deadline, permits, etc.) as well as provides weekly and/or monthly status reports
• Leads kick off meetings, progress meetings, and client meetings
• Works with Business Development to identify, evaluate and pursue opportunities
• Works with team members as well as other technical staff to establish team roles, project schedule, and budget for new projects
• Monitors project budgets and scope of work
• Reviews plans, reports and other work product to confirm that they meet the client’s needs

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana
• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering
• Experience in a project manager role for any of the following types of projects is preferred: municipal, roadway reconstruction, sanitary sewers, water mains, storm sewers, trails, traffic signals, site design for residential, commercial, educational, and industrial projects
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team
• Good verbal and written skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs
