Job summary

Carlson Consulting Engineers is seeking an entry-level Civil Engineer to train and grow, handling site layout, parking and drainage design from concept to construction.

The role supports project managers, with emphasis on team communication, permitting, and coordination across clients and city staff. Recent graduates welcome; extensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
• Ability to communicate within a team

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently or within a project team
• EIT license preferred but not required

Carlson Consulting Engineers currently has a need for an entry level Land Development Civil Engineer to train to manage both large and small retail projects. The Civil Engineer will work alongside other Project Managers to aid in the design, permitting, and coordination of projects from conception through construction.

Although helpful, no experience is necessary as extensive training is provided. This is a great position for a recent graduate.

EIT License, Preferred But Not Required

• 1-2 years experience in AutoCAD
