Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of site planning, grading, drainage, utilities, and land development.
• Self-directed, accountable, and able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, engineering design, and construction document preparation for civil site development projects.
• Work directly with the Principal Engineer on a variety of commercial, residential, municipal, and public infrastructure projects.
• Design site layouts, grading, drainage, stormwater systems, utilities, roads, and parking lots.
• Prepare technical reports, engineering calculations, and final construction plan.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
• Mentor junior engineers and help deliver high-quality projects from concept through construction.
