Responsibilities

Lead project planning, engineering design, and construction document preparation for civil site development projects.
Work directly with the Principal Engineer on commercial, residential, municipal, and public infrastructure projects.
Design site layouts, grading, drainage, stormwater systems, utilities, roads, and parking lots.
Prepare technical reports, engineering calculations, and final construction plans.
Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
Mentor junior engineers and help deliver high‑quality projects from concept through construction.

Your New Role:

Lead project planning, engineering design, and construction document preparation for civil site development projects

Job Requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) License
4+ years of civil site development experience
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Strong understanding of site planning, grading, drainage, utilities, and land development
Self-directed, accountable, and able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
