OWN, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer (PE) to design and deliver infrastructure projects that impact communities in Arkansas and beyond.

You'll contribute to roads, utilities, drainage, and site development from planning through construction, collaborating with a team of engineers, designers, surveyors, and clients. You'll lead design and analysis, prepare plans and estimates, coordinate with regulators and contractors, and manage deliverables, schedules, and budgets to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active PE license.
• 2+ years of civil design experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil design and analysis for infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and review plans, specs, calculations, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, surveyors, and clients.
• Coordinate with clients, regulators, and contractors throughout design and construction.
• Manage deliverables, schedules, and budgets with quality control.
