Penn E&R has an excellent career opportunity for a Project Manager in our Mansfield/Wellsboro, PA office.

We will also consider candidates for an Assistant Project Manager level.

You will work with a team to design projects on-time and on-budget, and coordinate with other professionals including engineers, CAD, survey personnel, and geologists. You will execute engineering tasks under the direction of a Project Engineer/Project Manager. We are looking for an individual with enthusiasm for outstanding client service, a persistent initiative to continually learn new technical practices, and a desire to earn the confidence of clientele, company management, colleagues, and regulators.

Practice areas include:

• Hydrology and hydraulics
• Erosion and sedimentation controls
• Stormwater management controls
• Material balance assessments
• Geotechnical evaluations
• Highway occupancy permits
• Construction specification development
• Natural gas permitting and regulatory compliance

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• Engineering license preferred (PE, EIT)
• 4-8 years of field-related experience
• Strong writing and communication skills
