• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on municipal/public infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydraulic modeling tools.
• Knowledge of municipal planning processes, environmental legislation, and contract administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop plans for municipal infrastructure projects (water, sewer, roads).
• Manage project execution from concept through construction and handover.
• Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies; prepare technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with SA national and municipal standards and regulations.
• Supervise contractors and consultants involved in infrastructure development.
• Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, and the public.
