Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in land development, concept plan preparation, site design, stormwater management, and erosion & sediment control.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D for alignments, surfaces, cut profiles, and contour generation.
• BSCE degree required.
• EIT certification preferred; PE a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grade sites and design post-construction stormwater management systems.
• Use Civil 3D to prepare alignments, surfaces, cuts and contours.
• Assist in securing municipal Land Development and NPDES approvals, including regulatory research and agency meetings.
• Coordinate with project teams across offices on design, permitting and construction.
• Prepare technical reports and plans to obtain permits and permit modifications during construction.
• Research permit requirements and local regulations.
• Provide support to senior team members.
