Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 3–7 years of civil engineering experience on large projects.
• Knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and cost management.
• Familiarity with NEPA, Section 106 and permitting processes.
• Experience with BIM/PMIS and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical coordination and field engineering support for the project.
• Review submittals, monitor milestones, and coordinate design changes.
• Manage interface across project packages and keep logs up to date.
• Assist with project controls, reporting, and risk management activities.
• Support PMP/QMP compliance and regulatory requirements across agencies.
• Contribute to BIM and PMIS implementation and data integration.
