Job summary

Platinum Global Talent Solutions seeks a Civil Engineer for the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP). This landmark infrastructure program will modernize rail capacity and reliability for 800,000 daily passengers in the Northeast Corridor.

The Project Civil Engineer will coordinate design, construction, and project controls, ensuring compliance with NEPA and Section 106, and will manage interfaces across packages with BIM/PMIS support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of civil engineering experience on large infrastructure or transportation projects.
• Familiarity with project controls, scheduling, cost management, and risk management.
• Knowledge of NEPA, Section 106, permitting, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with BIM, PMIS, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical coordination and field engineering support across HTP packages.
• Review contractor submittals and monitor progress against milestones.
• Support risk, change, and project controls, including reporting.
