Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D a plus.
• Knowledge of land development design and permitting processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Design utility systems including water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater infrastructure.
• Prepare grading, drainage, and site development plans.
• Perform stormwater analysis and modeling using ICPR4.
• Design and analyze water distribution and sanitary sewer systems using StormCAD.
• Perform lift station and pump station calculations.
• Coordinate design and permitting with local municipalities and regulatory bodies.
• Support and direct design efforts for land development projects.
• Manage multiple projects with established schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, surveyors, and internal teams.
• Attend project, client meetings, and public hearings as needed.
