Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
  • 4–8 years in land development, stormwater, or related engineering.
  • EIT certificate is required or in progress.
  • Proficient with AutoCAD, Autodesk apps, and MS Office.
  • Field experience inspecting construction sites.
  • Willingness to learn new design software.
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare design plans and supporting calculations.
  • Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analyses.
  • Support design analysis with quantitative and qualitative evaluation.
  • Perform engineering studies and write technical reports.
  • Develop figures, charts, and tables; prepare permit applications.
  • Assist with project management and ensure compliance with codes.
  • Promote safety and pursue continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams and sites.
